NOTICE OF PUBLIC ~G Cra' OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF I~IINNrESOTA TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: Notice is hereby given that the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, April 4, 1989 at 7:30 p.m. at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard Northwest, Ramsey, Minnesota. The purpose of the hearing is to consider Mr. Dennis Pcck's request for preliminary plat approval of Northfork 3rd Addition. The plat consists of 49.90 acres (including roads) located in the Northfork P.U.D. which is being proposed to be developed with 16 single family residential lots.
