This change was made to provide <br />additional Class I soils for Lots 1 and 2, Block 2. <br /> <br />As shown on the preliminary plat, the lots areas range from <br />2.1 acres to 4.7 acres. These areas were calculated exclusive <br />of the street right of way. By including the right of way, <br />the lots all exceed 2.5 acres. <br /> <br />In review of the soils and soils borings, Lots 1 and 5, Block <br />1, Lots 1 and 2, Block 2 and Lot 1, Block 3 will need <br />additional fill to meet the requirements of Class I soils for <br />on-site wastewater disposal systems. <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />In review of the drainage, the existing ponding areas are <br />adequate. The existing drainage easement which was provided <br />with the First Addition over Block 2 of the proposed Third <br />Addition should be vacated. The developer is providing a new <br />drainage easement over Lots 1 and 2, Block 2 which will be <br />adequate for the drainage.
