NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA TO W}IOM ]T MAY CONCERN: Notice is hereby given that the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, May 2, 1989 at 7:30 p.m. at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. NW, Ramsey, Minnesota. The purpose of the hearing is to consider Mr. Lee A. Hennen's request for preliminaD, plat approval of the proposed Dellwood Hills Addition. The plat consists of 23.9 acres and is proposed to be developed with approximately 9 single family residential lots. The property is legally described as follows: That part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 8, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka Count),, Minnesota described as follows to-wit: Beginning at a point on the North Line of the Northeast Quarter ofthe Northeast Quarter which point is 950 feet West of the Northeast corner thereof, thence South parallel ~5th the East line of said Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter 300 feet, thence West to a point on the West line of said Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter a distance of 300 feet South of the Northwest corner of said Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter thence North along said West line to the said Northwest corner of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter to the point ofbe~nning except the road; subject to easement of record; and that part of the East Half of the Northeast Quarter of Section 8, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka Count5', Minnesota lying South of the North 575 feet thereof as measured along the East line thereof lying East of the West line of the East 650 feet thereof as measured along the North line thereof and lying North of the South line of the Norlh 1,285 feet thereof as measured along the East line thereof and that part of the West 60 acres of the Northwest Quarter of Section 9, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka Count)' Minnesota lying South of the North 575 feet thereof as measured along the West line thereof lying West of the East 165 feet thereof and lying North of the South line of the North 1,285 feet thereof as measured along the West line thereof together ~dth an easement for roadway purposes over the South 66 feet of the North 1,351 feet thereof(subject to an easement for roadway purposes over the East 33 feet thereof) (together with an easement for roadway purposes over the West 66 feet of the East 198 Feet of said West 60 acres) (subject to an), existing easement covenants, restrictions, or reservations).
