PROPOSED CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT EXPANSION OF RAMSEY AUTO SALES 7205 HWY. #10 N.W. 4/27/89 On , 1989, a conditional use permit was issued to Mr. Robert Wojcik and Mr. Louis Wojcik to expand the vehicle sales lot at 7205 Hwy. #10 N.W. onto the property legally described as follows: That part of Lot 7, Auditor's Subdivision Number 34, of Anoka County, Minnesota described as follows: Commencing at the Southeast corner of said Lot 7 a distance of 770 feet; thence North and parallel with the East line of said Lot 7 and to the Northerly line of said Lot 7; thence Southerly on said Northerly line a distance of 350 feet to the point of beginning of the land to be described; thence South and parallel with the East line of said Lot 7 and to the Southwesterly line of said Lot 7; thence Southeasterly on said Southwesterly line a distance of 180 feet; thence North and parallel with the East line of said Lot 7 and to the Northeasterly line of said Lot 7; thence Northwesterly on said Northeasterly line and to the point of beginning. This permit was issued pursuant to Section 170.013D of the Ramsey City Code. This permit is perpetual in it's duration so long as .the conditions imposed herein are complied with. The conditions of this perrrfit are as follows: That the expansion of the vehicle sales lot shall not include additional accesses from Hwy. #10. That with the expansion, the total number of vehicles for sale on the subject properties (PIN #28-32-25-44-0002, 0003, 0004) shall not exceed 150. o That the expanded car display area shall be surfaced with concrete or blacktop. This surfacing shall be completed by . In order to guarantee that the surfacing shall be completed, a financial guarantee of 150% of the City Engineer's estimated cost for improvements shall be deposited with the City of Ramsey. A screening plan addressing the western boundary of the property shall be provided to the City and screening shall be maintained in accordance with the plan. o The expansion of the facility will not include exterior storage of vehicle parts, tires or parts inventory.
