PROPOSED CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />EXPANSION OF RAMSEY AUTO SALES <br />7205 HWY. #10 N.W. <br />4/27/89 <br /> <br />On , 1989, a conditional use permit was issued to Mr. Robert <br />Wojcik and Mr. Louis Wojcik to expand the vehicle sales lot at 7205 Hwy. #10 N.W. onto <br />the property legally described as follows: <br /> <br />That part of Lot 7, Auditor's Subdivision Number 34, of Anoka County, <br />Minnesota described as follows: Commencing at the Southeast corner of said Lot 7 <br />a distance of 770 feet; thence North and parallel with the East line of said Lot 7 and <br />to the Northerly line of said Lot 7; thence Southerly on said Northerly line a <br />distance of 350 feet to the point of beginning of the land to be described; thence <br />South and parallel with the East line of said Lot 7 and to the Southwesterly line of <br />said Lot 7; thence Southeasterly on said Southwesterly line a distance of 180 feet; <br />thence North and parallel with the East line of said Lot 7 and to the Northeasterly <br />line of said Lot 7; thence Northwesterly on said Northeasterly line and to the point <br />of beginning. <br /> <br />This permit was issued pursuant to Section 170.013D of the Ramsey City Code. This <br />permit is perpetual in it's duration so long as .the conditions imposed herein are complied <br />with. The conditions of this perrrfit are as follows: <br /> <br />That the expansion of the vehicle sales lot shall not include additional accesses from <br />Hwy. #10. <br /> <br />That with the expansion, the total number of vehicles for sale on the subject <br />properties (PIN #28-32-25-44-0002, 0003, 0004) shall not exceed 150. <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />That the expanded car display area shall be surfaced with concrete or blacktop. <br />This surfacing shall be completed by . In order to guarantee <br />that the surfacing shall be completed, a financial guarantee of 150% of the City <br />Engineer's estimated cost for improvements shall be deposited with the City of <br />Ramsey. <br /> <br />A screening plan addressing the western boundary of the property shall be provided <br />to the City and screening shall be maintained in accordance with the plan. <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />The expansion of the facility will not include exterior storage of vehicle parts, tires <br />or parts inventory. <br /> <br /> <br />
