to be described; thence West and parallel with the South line of said <br />Section a distance of 85 feet; thence North and paralle with the East <br />line of said Section to the Northerly line of said Lot 7 which said <br />Northerly line is also the Southerly railroad right-of-way line; <br />thence East along said railroad right-of-way to a point on a line <br />drawn parallel with and 33 feet West of the East line of said Section <br />28; thence South along said parallel with to the point of <br />beginning. <br /> <br />This permit was issued pursuant to Section 170.013D of the Ramsey City <br />Code. This permit is perpetual in its duration so long as the conditions <br />imposed herein are complied with. The conditions of this permit are as <br />follows: <br /> <br />Access to the subject property shall only be: i) an exit only <br />access from the property onto Highway 10 at the west property <br />boundary; and 2) an access from Ramsey Boulevard in it's present <br />location. <br /> <br />2. There shall be no more than 50 vehicles for sale at any one time <br /> on the subject property. <br /> <br />3. There shall be at least 7 off-street parking spaces provided. <br /> <br />Ail off-street parking spaces, driveways and car display areas <br />shall be surfaced with concrete or blacktop. This surfacing shall <br />be completed by July 30, 1989. In order to guarantee that the <br />surfacing shall be completed, a financial guarantee of 150% of the <br />City Engineer's estimated cost for improvements shall be deposited <br />with the City of Ramsey. <br /> <br />A landscaping plan shall be provided to the City and landscaping <br />shall be maintained in accordance with this plan. It is the <br />responsibility of the property owner t o maintain such <br />landscaping. <br /> <br />There shall be no exterior storage of vehicle parts, tires or <br />parts inventory. The purpose of this requirement is to prohibit <br />salvage and junk yard activities. <br /> <br />7. Ail lighting on the property shall be arranged so as to deflect from <br /> the adjacent streets. <br /> <br />The owner of the property shall dedicate a 60 foot easement along <br />the northern boundary of the property to the City for frontage <br />street/utility purposes. <br /> <br />9. The c~-ner of the property shall also provide signature on this <br /> permit. <br /> <br />Mr. Roger Hurd and Mr. Robert Wojcik hereby acknowledge receipt of this <br />conditional use permit and that they have reviewed the conditions of this <br />permit and have agreed that they will cause compliance with the terms of <br />this permit. <br /> <br /> <br />
