It <br />is now City Staff policy to require minor subdivisions as well as P.U.D.'s and full <br />subdivisions to be reviewed by both the Planning and Zoning Commission and the <br />Park and Recreation Commission. <br /> <br />On February 22, 1989, a special joint meeting of the City Council, Planning and <br />Zoning Commission and Park and Recreation held a discussion regarding park <br />needs and a draft park dedication ordinance.
