The Subject property is 4.8 <br />acres in size, is located on the north side of Bunker Lake Boulevard adjacent to MultiSource Manufacturing and <br />Diamond Graphics. The Subject Property is zoned Employment 1 (El) and is available for sale. <br />The the City Council has authorized the sale of the Subject Property subject to adoption of the required Sale <br />Ordinance A Buyer has been found, the purchase price has been negotiated and staff is negotiating final Purchase <br />Agreement terms for final approval by the City Council at subsequent meeting. <br />The Sale Ordinance was Introduced at the City Council's March 26, 2013 meeting as Ordinance 13-08 and is now <br />available for final adoption. <br />Purpose of case: <br />To adopt ordinance 13-08 to sell surplus city owned land <br />Notification: <br />Observations/Alternatives: <br />• <br />Alternatives: <br />(1) Adopt Ordinance 13-08 to sell surplus City owned land <br />(2) Do not adopt Ordinance 13-08 to sell surplus City owned land. <br />Recommendation: <br />Adopt ordinance 13-08 to sell surplus city owned land. <br />Funding Source: <br />NA <br />Council Action: <br />
