Site Preparation Debris <br /> And C;:suai Dumping Ordinance: <br /> <br />Tabled. <br /> <br />Case #14: Review Draft Street Light Ordinance: <br /> <br />Tabled. <br /> <br />COMMISSION INPUT <br /> <br />a) Status of presentation to City Council reg,'u-ding amendments to horse ordinance <br /> <br />Con'anissioner Hendriksen stated that he did make a presentation to City Council regarding <br />the proposed amendment to the horse ordinance. It appears that CiD, Council is acceptable <br />to the idea of allowing two horses on 3 acres and scaling up at a rate of one horse er 1/2 <br />acre over 3 acres. Council is also willing to consider allowing horses on 1.5 to 3 acre <br />parcels with a site plan that has been reviewed. Commissioner Hendriksen stated that he <br />will redraft the ordinance amendment based on the discussion with City Council, present <br />that redraft to the Planning Conm'fission on May 16 and approach City Council with the <br />revised amendment at a later date. <br /> <br />b) Request for aerial photos <br /> <br />Commissioner Hendriksen requested that the Ramsey aerials be available at the <br />Commission at meetings. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner LaDue and seconded by Commissioner Hend~dksen to adjourn <br />the regular Planning and Zoning Commission meeting. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
