Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #13: Easement Acquisition; 153rd Avenue N.W./Burlington Northern <br /> Railroad Crossing: <br /> <br />Mr. Goodrich recommended that the Welte's counter-offer for acquisition of easements for the <br />construction of 153rd Avenue N.W. and the raikoad crossing be accepted. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cich and seconded by Councilmember Pearson authorizing the Finance <br />Officer to issue a Ci~' check in the amount of $24,930.35 for payment to Ca.rroll D. and Francis Y. <br />Welte for the purchase of that right-of-way known as Parcels I and IA, City Improvement Project <br />No. 88-21. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
