Voting Yes: Mavor Reimann, Councilmembers DeLuca, Pearson, Cich <br />and Peterson. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />COUNCIL BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case #1: Order Plans And Specifications For 156th Avenue N.W. <br /> Paving Project: <br /> <br />Mr. H~flev stated that due to the construction season, this project is time sensitive but City <br />Attorney ~ooch~ich asks that pl:'.ns and specifications be ordered contingent upon his <br />findings'relating to the City Chartc:r affect on this project. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Pearson and seconded by Councilmember Peterson to adopt <br />Resolution #8%05-108 ordering improvement and preparation of plans for Street <br />Improvement Project #89-2 (156th Avenue) contingent upon a favorbte opinion from the <br />City Attorney. <br /> <br />CiD, Council/May 30, 1989 <br /> Page 2 of 5 <br /> <br /> <br />
