PROPOSED ORDINANCE #89-X <br /> <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AMENDMENT TO CItAPTER 170.01, WHICH IS KNOWN AS THE ZONING <br />CIIAPTER OF TIlE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 170,014 "ZONING MAP AND <br />DISTRICTS" OF CItAPTER 170.01 OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, <br />MINNESOTA. <br /> <br />SECTION 1. <br /> <br />AMENDMENT <br /> <br />The following described property is hereby rezoned from I-1 Industrial to B-1 Business: <br /> <br />The West 466.69 feet of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section <br />28, Townsifip 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota. Except the North 90.00 <br />feet thereof. <br /> <br />And, the North 33.00 feet of the West 466.69 feet of the Southwest Quarter of the <br />Northwest Quarter of Section 28, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota. <br /> <br />And, the South 466.69 feet of the North 499.69 feet of the West 466.69 feet of the <br />Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 28, Township 32, Range <br />25, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />And, the West 466.69 feet of that part of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest <br />Quarter of Section 28, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, lying <br />Northerly of the Burlington Northern Railroad right-of-way.
