Banwart, Community Development Director <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />On May 12, 1989, the City of Ramsey received application and sketch plan fi'om Thomas Opsahl for <br />Alicia Addition. The proposed addition is located in the Northwest Quarrier of the Northwest <br />Quarter of Section 8, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota. The site is bounded by <br />County Road 63 on the North and County Road 83 on the West. The proposed subdivision has an <br />area of 39.8 acres and consists of 14 single-family, residential lots. At the average gross density <br />of 2.86 acres with a net density (excluding street right-of-way) is 2.5 acres.
