Banwart, Commnnlty Development Director <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />On May 30, 1989, the City of Ramsey received application and sketch plan from Jonathan <br />Rambosek for Nature View Addition. The proposed addition is located in part of the Northeast <br />Quarter of the Southeast Quarter and the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 15, <br />Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota. The proposed subdivision has an area of +70 <br />acres and consists of 19 single-family, residential lots.
