Absent: Commissioners Shumway and Holm. <br /> <br />The Conm'fission recessed at 8:50 p.m. <br /> <br />Chaim'mn Zimmerman called the meeting back to order at 9:08 p.m. <br /> <br />Case #3: Request For Preliminary Plat Approval For Norlhfork 3rd <br /> Addition; Case of Mr. Dennis Peck: <br /> <br />Peck was present requesting prelin-finary plat approval of Northfork 3rd Addition. <br /> <br />The Commission proceeded to review the City En~neer's report dated April 27, 1989. <br /> <br />Mr. Peck noted that Northfork 3rd has been reduced from 16 to 15 lots in order to avoid <br />having to add fill to areas ,,,,'here there is sig-nificant tree cover. 5~. Peck also noted that the <br />City Council has approved the Northfork P.U.D. Park Dedication Agreement as <br />recommended by the Planning and Zoning Commission. <br /> <br />?,lotion by Commissioner La_Due and seconded by Commissioner Ten3.' to recommend that <br />City Council approve the amended prelin~na.ry plat for Northfork 3rd Addition contingent <br />upon the developer complying with Items 1-6 of the City Engineer's report dated April 27, <br />1989. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
