Access from Hwy. #10 N.W. shall be from the western most <br />driveway; the eastern and center clriveways onto Hwy. #10 N.W. from the subject propen3, <br />shall be removed with curbing extended. <br /> <br />Grading and blacktopping shall be in accordance with the site plan dated June 15, t989. <br />Reshaping of County and State ditches shall be contingent upon respective agency <br />approvals· <br /> <br />3. Storm drainage shall be in accordance with the site plan dated June 15, 1989. <br /> <br />Lighting and landscaping shall be in accordance with the site plan dated June 15, 1989 with <br />a 3 foot minimum shrub size and utilization of Techny Arborvitae at least 5 feet in height <br />along the west property line. <br /> <br />0 <br /> <br />There shall be no more than 126 vehicles on display for sale at any one time on the subject <br />property. <br /> <br />6. There shall be at least 14 off-street parking spaces provided. <br /> <br />4 <br /> <br />All off-street parking spaces, driveways and car display areas shall be surfaced with <br />blacktop.
