NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br /> <br /> Notice is hereby given that thc City of Ramsey's Planning and Zoning Commission will <br />hold a public hearing on Monday, Jul5, 10, 1989 at 7:30 p.m. at the Ramsey Municipal Center, <br />15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br /> The purpose of the hearing is to consider a request by Mr. John Peterson o'~ Good Value <br />Homes. to rezone property from R-1 t~ural Residential to R-1 Urban Residential. The propert5, is <br />generally referred to as Chestnut Hills and legally described as follows: <br /> <br />The Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 26, Township 32, <br />Range 25, Anoka Counts,, Minnesota. <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />That part of the South 330 feet of Government Lot 3, Section 26, Township 32, <br />Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, lying East of the West 984.60 feet thereof <br />and the East 100 feet of the West 1,084.60 feet of that part of said Government Lot <br />3 lying North of the South 330 feet thereof and South of Sunfish Lake Drive as so <br />laid out and established. <br /> <br />Except that portion of the East 100 feet of West 1,084.60 feet of that part of said <br />Government Lot 3 lying North and East of a line drawn at right angles from a point <br />which lies 100 feet from the Northwest corner of said East 100 feet of West <br />1,084.60 feet of that part of Government Lot 3 as measured along the South and <br />East right-of-way of Sunfish Lake Din, e as now laid out. <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />The West 450 feet of the South 330 feet of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast <br />Quarter of Section 26, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka Count5,, Minnesota. <br /> <br /> All interested persons are invited to attend the hearing and comment on the request for <br />rezoning. <br /> <br /> Written comments are welcome and shall be addressed to the Ramsey Planning and Zoning <br />Commission, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, MN 55303.
