lO) <br /> <br />ll) <br /> <br />12) <br /> <br />~3) <br /> <br />14) <br /> <br />15) <br /> <br />16) <br /> <br />l?) <br /> <br />18) <br /> <br />develop the subject property with 102 single family res;3ential lots and a petition requesting <br />the extension of sanitary sewer and municipal water to the subject property. <br /> <br />That the subject property is located within the City's Urban Area but outside the 1990 <br />Urban Area. <br /> <br />That on January 26, 1989, the City of Ramsey submitted a formal application to the <br />Metropolitan Council for a Comprehensive Plan amendment for a MUSA boundary <br />expansion, a portion of which would facilitate the proposed Chestnut Hills. <br /> <br />That on July 13, 1989, the City of Ramsey received Metropolitan Council approval of a <br />Comprehensive Plan Amendment to expand the MUSA boundary. <br /> <br />That the proposed rezoning will be in accordance with the objectives of the amendment to <br />the Comprehensive Plan. <br /> <br />That according to the City's Comprehensive Plan prior to an3' amendment, the subject area <br />was intended to ultimately be served by sanitary sewer and municipal water. Therefore, the <br />rezoning will not change the intended character of the area. <br /> <br />That according to the City Assessor, the proposed rezoning will not impair the market value <br />of surrounding property. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing findings of fact was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in <br />favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said findings of fact were declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City <br />Council this the day of ,1989. <br /> <br /> <br />
