NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNrFY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br /> <br /> Notice is hereby given that the City of Ramsey's Planning and Zoning Commission will <br />hold a public hearing on Monday, July 10, 1989 at 7:30 p.m. at the Ramsey Municipal Center, <br />15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br /> The purpose of the hearing is to consider a request by Mr. Wally Anderson of ARADCO, <br />Inc. to rezone property from R-1 Rural Residential to R-1 Urban Residential. The property is <br />generally referred to as Cedar Hills and legally described as follows: <br /> <br />The Northeast quarter of the Southwest quarter of Section 26, Township 32, Range <br />25, and the North 504.50 feet of the Southeast quarter of the Southwest quarter of <br />Section 26, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br /> All interested persons are invited to attend the heating and comment on the request for <br />rezoning. <br /> <br /> Written comments are welcome and shall be addressed to the Ramsey Planning and Zoning <br />Commission, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, MN 55303.
