~_BJZ~J_t~_~ An As-Built drawing shall be provided to the City show lng the location of the conductors between the breaker cabinet and the pole or poles; these drawings shall be provlded to the City by the contractor prlor to the City accepting the street Ilghts. 5. Cables: All conductors, suitable for direct burial, will be type USE, copper cabie with ground. At the breaker cablnet and at the end of each distribution clrcult there must be Installed a drlven ground as requlred by National Electric Code Article f250-84. B. Any distribution clrcult over 300 feet In length must have a drlven ground rod at midpoint. C. Ground wire must be Insulated wlre suitable for direct burial. 7..Circuits: For 120 volt clrcults ail conductors will be brought up ~he pole and connections will be made at the fixture. Re ground wire will be connected to the grounding lug If provided. If there Is no grounding lug, the fixture shall be grounded to the mast arm. Where more than one light Is In llne, a splice wlll be made above grade in the Junction box. Junction box shall be placed on the pole approximately 1' above ground level. Splicing shall be done In the Junction box and a In-the-llne fuse shall be installed. 8. photo Control: Photo control Is to be faced as nearly north as practical. g. ~ One-shot, loop-type locks are to be placed at each feed point by the electrical contractor. 10. GOmDletlon~ When street lighting is completed by the Contractor, he shall contact the Electrical Inspector for lnspe~tlon (Eugene Boyle, 755-1499 Re electrical contractor shall forward approved copy (blue) of electrical Inspectlon to the Cluny of Anoka or NSP. Re City of Anoka or NSP shall energize the lights and notify the City of addresses and date energized. Final acceptance is not made until As-Builts and 5 blue-line copies have been submitted to the City Engineer by the Contractor.
