Mr. Raatikka stated that the City received one bid from Allied Blacktop for the I989 <br />sealcoating projects; the bid was 6.2% below the City Engineer's estimate. Mr. Raatikka <br />recommended awarding the bid for 1989 sealcoating projects to Allied. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cich and seconded by Councilmember Peterson lo adopt <br />Resolution #89-06-153 accepting bids for the 1989 sealcoating improvements and <br />awarding a conu'act to Allied Blacktop in the amount of $27,166.70. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers Peterson, Pearson and <br />Cich. Voting No: None. Absent: CouncilmembcrDcLuca. <br /> <br />Case #12: Approve On-Sale And Sunday Liquor License Applications: <br /> <br /> Motion by Councilmember Cich and seconded by Councilmember Peterson to approve the <br />:-.renewal of on-sale and Sunday liquor licenses for: Super Bowl, Inc., J.R.'s Saloon and <br />-Food, Jimmy B's American Cafe and Lounge, McDuff's Eater3, and Pub, for license year <br /> July 1, 1989 through June 30, 1990. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
