Recommendations: <br /> <br />Staff recommends preliminary plat approval of Chestnut Hills Addition contingent on the <br />following: <br /> <br />Metropolitan council granting MUSA boundary expansion to include the proposed <br />subdivision. <br /> <br />US Army Corps of Engineers approval of the joint park area for the Cedar Hills, <br />Chestnut Hills and Windemere Woods Additions (wetland area exchanged). <br /> <br />The developers' confirming they have road access from the southwest portion of <br />Cedar Hills Addition to Sunfish Lake Boulevard N.W. and/or Industry Avenue <br />N.W. <br /> <br />4.
