Motion by Councilmember DeLuca <br />Resolution: <br /> <br />to adopt the following <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 89-04- 84 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey is considering the development of <br />Chestnut Hills; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the proposed development consists of 102 single <br />family units; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the proposed development is being developed in <br />conjunction with two other developments creating a total of 267 <br />single family units; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, under the rules of the Minnesota Environmental <br />Quality Board Environmental Review Program a residential <br />development with 100 or more unattached units in a 3rd or 4th class <br />city is required to go through a mandatory EAW process; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the 30 day review and comment period for the EAW <br />ended on April 5, 1989; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, according to 6 MCAR3.028 B.l.a., a decision on the <br />need for an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) is to be made by <br />the City at its first meeting three or more days after the comment <br />period expiration date and in no case more than 30 calendar days <br />afterwards; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the proposed~Findings of Fact were presented to the <br /> <br /> ~Councilmembers for their review on April 21, 198~; and <br />City <br /> <br /> <br />
