NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on MONDAY, JULY 10, 1989, at 7:30 P.M. at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowlhen Poulevard NW, Ramsey, MN, The purpose of the hearing is Io consider Mr. John Peterson's request for preliminary plat approval of the proposed Chestnut Hills Addition. The plat consists of approximately 56 acres and is~proposed to be developed with 102 single-family urban residential lots. The proper.~y is legally described as follows: The Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 26, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota. AND That part of the South 330 feet of Government Lot 3, Section 26, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, lying East of the West 984.60 feet thereof and the East 100 feet of the West 1,084.60 feet of that part of said Government Lot 3 lying North of the South 330 feet thereof and South of Sunfish Lake Drive as so laid out and established. EXCEPT that portion of the East 100 feet of West 1,084.60 feet of that part of said Government Lot 3 lying North and East of a line drawn at right angles from a point which lies 100 feet from the Northwest corner of said East 100 feet of West 1,084.60 feet of that part of Government Lot 3 as measured along the South and East right-of-way of Sunfish Lake Drive as now laid out. AND The West 450 feet of the South 330 feet of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 26, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka county, Minnesota. All persons are invited to attend the hearing and comment on the request for preliminary plat approval. Written comments are welcome and shall be addressed to the Planning and Zoning Commission, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard NW, Ramsey, MN 55303.
