ORDINANCE #13-06 CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF,RAMSEYTO'SELL'%CON- VEY LOT 9, BLOCK 2'WINDSOR- WOOD, SUBJECT TO. EASEMENT OF RECORD, ANOKA'COUNTY, MINNE- SOTA, TO DAVID FRANCIS POMROY. The City of Ramsey Ordains: ' SECTION 1. PURPOSE It is the purpose'ofthis Ordi- nance to authorize the City of Ram- sey to convey certain real property which property the City•Council has determined is no longer necessary for the City's purposes. This chapter is adopted pursuant to and under, the authority of Section 12.5 of the City Charter: - SECTION 2. SALE /CONVEYANCE AUTHORIZATION City Council hereby, declares the following legally `described real property owned' by the City, as sur- plus,property_and' auth.orizes_said property'10 be conveyed /soled to DAVID FRANCIS Said property is legally described as fol- low's: LOT 9 BLK 2 WINDSOR- WOOIa, SUBJECT TO EASE- MENT OF' RECORD, ANOKA COUNTY; MINNESOTA SECTION 3. TERMS OF SALE /CONVEYANCE The City Council has'by a prop - erly enacted action determined the consideration and terms upon which the above described property may be conveyed/sold. SECTION*. EFFECTIVE DATE This Ordinance becomes effec- tive upon its passage and thirty (30) days after its publication according to law, subject to City Charter Provision, `Section 5.7.
