ORDINANCE #13 -08 CITY OF•RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF RAMSEY TO SELL /CON- VEY LOT 1" BLOCK 1 SUNFISH LAKE BUSINESS PARK FOURTH ADDITION, SUBJECT TO EASEMENTS OF RECORD, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNE- SOTA. The City of Ramsey Ordains: SECTION 1. PURPOSE It is the purpose of this Ordi - narree to authorize the City of Ram- sey to convey certain real property which property the City Council has • determined is no longer necessary for the City's purposes. This chapter, is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of Section 12.5 of the City Charter. • SECTION 2. SALE /CONVEYANCE AUTHORIZATION The City Council hereby declares the following legally described real property owned by the City, as sur- plus property and authorizes said property to be conveyed /sold. Said property is legally described as fol- lows: LOT 1 BLOCK 1 SUNFISH LAKE BUSINESS PARK FOURTH ADDITION, SUB- JECT TO EASEMENTS OF RECORD, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA SECTION 3. TERMS OF SALE /CONVEYANCE • The City Council has by a prop- , erly enacted action determined the consideration and terms upon which the above - described property may be conveyed /sold. SECTION 4. EFFECTIVE DATE This Ordinance becomes effec- tive upon its passage and thirty (30) days after its publication according to law, subject to City Charter Provision, Section 5.7.
