CALL TO ORDER <br />Mayor Strommen called the City Council Work Session to order at 5:30 p.m. <br />2. TOPICS FOR DISCUSSION <br />Strategic Planning <br />Anita Duckor of Duckor & Associates was present to facilitate the meeting/session. She noted <br />that the group was to be here tonight prepared to approve three to five year mission/vision <br />elements of mission/vision statements and be prepared to approve three to five strategic <br />imperatives — such as what should the City Council and staff focus on for the next three to five <br />years. She noted that the latest draft of the values and code of conduct would also be reviewed <br />for approval by the group. <br />Ms. Duckor reviewed with the group the strategic planning process and calendar. <br />City Council Work Session / February 28, 2013 <br />Page 1 of 2 <br />
