Compensation — for Prosecution Only Services (Continued) <br />Weikel Law Firm, LLC <br />Legal Services Proposal Prosecution <br />Type and unit rates for reimbursement of such as mileage, reproduction of documents, <br />faxed documents, and word processing charges <br />Weikel Law Firm, LLC will not charge the City a fee for faxed documents. <br />Weikel Law Firm, LLC will not charge the City outside of the monthly retainer fee for <br />word processing. <br />Printing/Reproduction of documents will be at the Firm's actual cost of $.10 /each. <br />Mileage incurred on behalf of the City would be billed to the City at the federal allowable <br />rate which is currently $.565 /mile in 2013. <br />Parking fees incurred, if any, would be billed back at the receipt amount. <br />Weikel Law Firm, LLC will charge defendants, or their counsel, directly for reasonable <br />fees as required by law for reproduction, documents, and any audio /video required. <br />21 <br />
