The following members were present: Ingrid Bjorklund, <br />Ed Byrne, Lee Daly, Samantha Gemberling, Mitchell Gordon, Kathy Hahne, Chad <br />Hintz, Greg Holly, Julie LaFleur, Marshall Lichty, Gary Luloff, Judy Mortrude, Rich <br />O'Dea, Jerrald Olson, Patrick O'Neill, Ferdinand Peters, Tim Puffer, Bruce Rivers, <br />Peter Rosene, Peter Stein, Gail Stremel and Mary Ward . <br />The committee considered the following complaints: <br />RECO VED <br />Second District Ethics Committee JUL 2 5 2012 <br />July 19, 2012 <br />File Number: 12 - 21 <br />Complainant: Sylvester Penn <br />Respondent: Steven Helseth <br />Investigator: Edward Byrne <br />Edward Byrne presented a summary of his investigation and found no unethical conduct <br />under Rules 1.2(a), 1.4(a) and 1.16(b) and recommended no discipline. The motion for a <br />finding of no unethical conduct was seconded and passed. <br />
