Disciplinary Actions <br />Weikel Law Firm, LLC <br />Legal Services Proposal - Prosecution <br />Weikel Law Firm, LLC and its attorneys have never been sued by any city, municipality or by <br />any of its clients for any reason whatsoever including malpractice. <br />Attorney Steve Helseth was the subject of one complaint with the Lawyer Professional <br />Responsibility Board. The complaint was dismissed without any action against Attorney <br />Helseth. A copy of the resolution is attached hereto as Exhibit A. <br />Attorney Lee Martie has been the subject of one complaint with the Lawyer Professional <br />Responsibility Board.
