<br />Councilmember Kuzma introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #13-04-074 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF FEASIBILITY REPORT FOR <br />TH <br />IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #13-10, GARNET STREET AND 168 AVENUE <br /> <br />th <br /> WHEREAS, <br /> it is proposed to improve Garnet Street from 167 Street to the North plat <br />th <br />line of Now & Then Estates and 168 Avenue from Garnet Street to the western cul-de-sac; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, <br />the project proposed to be studied is included in the 2013 Capital <br />Improvement Plan. <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> <br />1)That the proposed improvement be referred to the City of Ramsey Engineering <br />Department for study who is hereby authorized and directed to report to the City Council <br />with all convenient speed advising the City Council in a preliminary way as to whether <br />the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as <br />proposed or in connection with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of the <br />improvement as recommended. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Backous and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Strommen <br />Councilmember Backous <br />Councilmember Kuzma <br />Councilmember LeTourneau <br />Councilmember Riley <br />Councilmember Tossey <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br /> <br />
