Stormwater Details on the stormwater management elements related to this <br />project are contained in Item 17. Figure 6.6 portrays the general stormwater <br />management system that is envisioned for the RTC site and for the drainage that <br />enters the site from the north and northwest. Installation of major water -carrying <br />elements of this system will occur very early in the site development process to assure <br />proper movement and treatment of runoff. The internal site drainage system will be <br />tied into the major stormwater management system as the site develops and design <br />specifics are determined. Item 17 describes the manner in which runoff volume will <br />be mitigated through stormwater management BMPs. <br />6c. The preferred design in Figure 6.1 shows only a single development concept that will <br />provide the framework for the RTC site. Staging of infrastructure for the various <br />components is addressed as part of the specific infrastructure section as follows: roads <br />and highways in Item 21; sanitary sewer in Item 18; water supply in Item 13; and <br />stormwater in Item 17. <br />6-3 <br />
