Executive Summary <br />Patriot Converting, Inc. proposes an expansion of its overall operation including equipment, facility, <br />and employees in support of its rapid growth in the print & paper industry. Specifically Patriot's <br />proposal is to build a new facility today of 77,000 sq. ft. with the ability to add on during phase 2 <br />and phase 3 for a total of a 200,000 sq. ft. facility over the next 10 years. To support that facility <br />Patriot plans to purchase a new state of the art, high speed sheeter in 2014 which will increase <br />capacity by nearly 60% and increase capabilities of its operation. Lastly to support the facility, <br />equipment, and our clients, Patriot proposes to hire 14 new employees within 2 years, in addition to <br />its current 24, both in production and the office areas. <br />The plan is to start construction by August 1st, 2013 for Patriot to begin moving in December of <br />2013 and fully operational January 2014. Currently Patriot is out of capacity both in its current <br />facility and with its equipment. Patriot has partnered with not only mills and industrial print & <br />packaging company locally, but also the Midwest and around the world on programs that sustain the <br />industry. Patriot converting exports both services and products to Canada, China, and India. <br />Patriot is in hope of finding a city and plot to call home for the next large phase of its growth. It is <br />expensive to relocate our equipment and operation so it is highly important to find a sustainable <br />home in means of overall cost, growth potential, and flexibility. <br />Patriot could coordinate the arrival of the new sheeter to match the completion of the building for <br />immediate setup and operation. Patriot currently ships just under 1,000,000# of Paper each week. <br />After this expansion Patriot is projecting 1,500,000# of paper to ship each week and growing. <br />Details of this project can be found in our business plan and many appendixes available upon <br />request that better detail and outline this project. We are all very excited in pursuing this project in <br />the City of Ramsey and are in hopes of making it all happen. <br />
