The existing and proposed <br />zoning is R-1 Rural Residential District. The property is located in the North Half of the <br />Southeast Quarter of Section 23, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota. The PiN's <br />are 23-32-25-42-0005 and 23-32-25-42-0006.
