Rd. #116 or Sunfish <br />Lake B]vd. to avoid having all the additional traffic pass through ]~lumeFs lti]ls to pe~ to a <br />major thoroughfare. <br /> <br />Mr. P, anwan stated thai there is a common understanding among Cilv Staff, Ciw Council <br />and the Planning Commission that there is a need to provide for an access from C~edar Hills <br />to a major thoroughfare through the southwesterly portion of the plat. <br /> <br />Sharon Dahlgren - Inquired if an access is construclcd to thc south and wesl lo connect <br />Sunfish Blvd., would there be sufficient room to build anofl~er row of houses immediate]y <br />adjacem ~o ttunmr's Hill to the south. <br /> <br />Commissioner Deemer noted that thc property immediately south of Hunter*s Hill is zoned <br />for industrial uses. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Comn'dssioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner Shumway ~o adjourn <br />the public hearing. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Zimmem'mn, Comn~issioners Hendriksen, LaDue, <br />Shumway, Bawden and Deemer. Voting No: None.
