CASE <br />REQUEST FOR SKETCH PLAN REVIEW OF SORTEBERG'S 6TH ADDITION <br /> CASE OF ALLEN SORTEBERG <br /> By: Mark S. Banwart, Community Development Director <br /> <br />#3: <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />The proposed addition has an area of 50 acres ± and consists of 19 single family rural <br />residential lots. The existing and proposed zoning is R-1 Rural Residential District. The <br />average lot density is 2.63 acres -,- per lot. The proposed addition is located in the Southwest <br />Quarter of the Southwest Quarter and the West 10 acres of the Southeast Quarter of the <br />Southwest Quarter, both in Section 5, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota.
