Absent: Commissioner Terry. <br /> <br />Case #5: Request For Preliminary Plat Approval For Nature View <br /> Additiou; Case of Mr. Jon Rambosek: <br /> <br />Mr. Rambosek was present requesting preliminary plat approval of Nature View proposed <br />to be located northeast of Hioh= Point. The plat consists of 70 acres proposed to be <br />developed with 19 single family lots. <br /> <br />The Commission proceeded to review reports from Anoka County, Army Corps of <br />Engineers, Park & Recreation Comnfission and the City Enginner. <br /> <br />Mr. Rambosek stated that he is proposing to obtain the needed fill for Nature View from <br />the O~wood Hills plat. <br /> <br />Conxnissioner Hendriksen expressed concern with fill b~n:_ added to drainage areas. <br /> <br />Mr. Rambosek stated ~at the Annv Corps of En~neers is reviev,,ing plat &"ainage and he is <br />responsible for replacing an;' areas filled. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner Bawden to recommend <br />that City ~ouncil approve the preliminary plat of Nature View Addition abased on the City <br />Engineer's report dated July 5, 1989. Further, to note that the necessary fill will most <br />likely be obtained from the Oakwood Hills plat. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Zimmenman, Commissioners Hendriksen, LaDue, <br />Shumv.'ay, Bawden and Deemer. Voting No: None.
