The Commission proceeded to review the proposed findings of fact. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Bawden ant seconded by Commissione:- LaDue that item #] 4 of <br />the proposcc findings of fac~ indicate thru the proposc,d use ',,,'ill not be unduly dangerous to <br />persons in the vicinity. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Zimmerman, Commissioners Bawden, Deemer <br />LaDue, t-tenciriksen and Ten2,.'. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioner Shumway. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Comnfissioner Terry to amend ltcm <br /># 10 of the proposed findings of fact to indicate thru the approximate distance between the <br />kennel operation and nearest neighboring residence is 100 yards. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Zimn-~erman, Commissioners Bawden, Deemer <br />LaDue, Hendriksen and Terry. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioner Shumway. <br /> <br />Motion bv Commissioner LaDue and seconded by Commissioner Bawden that Item #15 of <br />the proposec! findings of fact indicate that the proposed use wili not impair the use of <br />sun.ounding properties. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Zimmerman, Commissmners Bawden, Deemer <br />LaDue, Hendriksen and Ten3.,. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioner Shumway. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner LaDue that Item #16 of <br />the proposed findings of fact indicate that the proposed use will be in accordance with the <br />objectives of the Comprehensive Plan. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
