Motion by Councilmember Pearson and seconded by Councilmember Cich to select I-A as the preferred alignment on the west for the 153rd Avenue N.W. Improvement Project #89- 4. Motion carried. Case #2: Request Of F&R Enterprises For An Open Burning Permit: Mr. Goodrich rec',dled that after a length>, discussion on June 22, City Council directed City Staff to draft findings of fact to consider denial of F&R Engerp~ses' request for an open burning peru-fit. Mr. Goodrich proceeded to review the proposed findings of fact with Cit.-,, Council. Mr. Paul Haik, attorney representing F&R Enterprises, was present and referred to Item #4 of the proposed findings of fact. Item #4 indicates that the subject property is 97 acres in size and Mr. Haik noted that the open burn application would involve less than 1/3 of the City Council/July 11, 1989 Page 4 of 12
