Motion by Councilmember DeLuca and seconded by Councilmember Peterson to adopt Findings of Fact #0255 relating to tile application of F:&R Enterprises for an Open Burning Pern'fi~ in the City of Ramsey, amended as follows: hem #1 Indicate that the application received by the Ciw on June 27, 1989 will be an attachment to the findings. Item # 13 Note that the trees were bulldozed into piles at the request of F&R Enterprises.
