He told the Commissior thal the <br />equipment for the to1 iol at River's Bend Park has been ordered and will be installed th~s ),ear as <br />wilt the equipmenl for Autumn Heights Park. <br /> <br />Merland Otto stated lhat he has requested thal Sandra Ashley, Finance Officer, provide the <br />Commission wilh some realistic budget fi¢ures for 1990. <br /> <br />Acting Chairman Hefland requested thal Merland Otto research whelher or not lhere v,,~s an <br />agreement between the Cib' of Ramsey and Federal Cartridge that specified improvemenl.~; at <br />Central Park in lerms of a dollar amount and lime frame. <br /> <br />Merland Otto provided the Commission with copies of the 5 year budget plan. <br /> <br />Case #6 Park Equipment a~ Titterud Park, <br /> <br />Merland Otto informed the Commission lhat the park equipment they ordered for Titlerud Park <br />last month is almost lhe same as what is already lhere. He told the Commission thal the), have <br />two choices, they can keep the equipment and put it into another park, or they can cancel that <br />order wilh no penalty and order some other equipment. <br /> <br />Commissioner Prall staled that she teels 'the Commission should reorder some equipmen~ due to <br />the fact that Titlerud Park is very well used. <br /> <br />Merland Otto told the Commission that he has a comparative list of equipment that can be put <br />into the park. <br /> <br />Acting Chairman Hetland asked that we could install some kind of handicspped accessible <br />equipment. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Shumway and seconded by Commissioner Johnson to accepl Merland <br />Otto's list of replacement equipment for Titterud Park with the exception of some kind of <br />handicapped accessible equipment instead of the Io.c roll on the list. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
