PERMITTING PROCEDURE <br /> <br />Project sponsor submits a proposal to the City. <br /> <br />City reviews project to determine if the project is in accordance with <br />thc WMO guidelines. <br /> <br />A. If in compliance, the City issues the permit. <br /> <br />B. If not in compliance, the City may apply for a variance with the <br /> <br />WMO. <br /> <br />1, <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br /> Engineer reviews the proposal. <br /> <br /> Engineer submits the proposal to the Board with <br /> recommendations. <br /> <br /> 3. Board reviews the proposal with recommendations and acts. <br /> <br />III.
