PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION <br />PUBLIC ItEARING <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey Planning and Zoning Comn-fission conducted a public hearing on Tuesday, August 1, <br />1989 at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota <br />regarding Mr. Don Milinko'~4ch's request for a conditional use permit to operate an auto detail shop <br />on his property at 6501 Green Valley Road. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mr. Gerald Zimmerman, Chairman <br />Mr. Terry Henflriksen <br />Mr. David Bawden <br />Mr. Ben Deemer <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />Community Development Director Mark Banwart <br />Cit.',, Engineer Peter Raatil&a <br /> <br />Members Absent: <br /> <br />Mr. Charles LaDue <br />Mr. Roy Shumway <br />Ix~r. Michael Terry <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Chairman Zimmerman called the public hearing to order at 7:39 p.m. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />Mr. Milinkovich was present and submitted a letter from Wayne Davis of 6530 Green Valley Road <br />stating his support of the request for a conditional use permit. <br /> <br />There was no other citizen input. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Bawden and seconded by Commissioner Deemer to adjourn the public <br />hearing. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Zimmerman, Commissioners Hendriksen, Deemer and <br />Bawden. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioners LaDue, Shumway and Ten')..,.
