CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF RAblSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey City Council conducted a special meeting on Wednesday, August 9, 1989 at the <br />Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mayor Gar3' Reimann <br />Councilmember Richard Cich <br />Councilmember Stephen DeLuca <br />Councilmember Alan Pearson <br /> <br />Members Absent: Councilmember Kenneth Peterson <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />City Administrator David Ha.rtley <br />Cit-3, Engineer Peter Raatikka <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Reimann called the meeting to order at 5:10 p.m. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />There was no citizen input. <br /> <br />ADJOURN <br /> <br />After receiving procedural instructions from City Administrator Hartley, the City Council <br />adjourned to view the proposed route of the 153rd Avenue N.W. extension. The City Council <br />then viewed the extension from Sunfish Lake Blvd. N.W. to Ramsey Blvd. N.W. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cich and seconded by Councilmember Pearson to adjourn the meeting. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers Cich, Pearson, and DeLuca. <br />Voting no: None. Abstained: None. Absent: Councilmember Peterson. <br /> <br />Respectfully submitted, <br /> <br />David R.
