Merland Otto informed the Commission that Staff's recommendation was to aquire lots 1 and 2 or 3 and 4 to satisfy park dedication. Acting Chairman Hetland asked Mr. Sorteberg which lots he taught would work out better. Mr. Sorleberg told the Commission that he felt lots 3 and 4 would be better because they are more secluded then the other, lots ! and 2 have houses very close. The consensus of the Commission is to recommend that City Council require lots 3 and 4, block 3 to s~tisfy park dedication tor Sorieberg's 6th addition. Case ¢4 ~eview Park Plans for Cedar Hills. Chestnut Hills and Windemere Woods Addition, The consensus of the Commission was to table this issue. Case ¢5 Review resolution aDDroving Policy Governino ADpointments to Boards and Commissions in the City of Ramsay, Acting Chairman Hetland asked the Commission if they had any ideas regarding the issue of one person being on more than one Commission. A discussion ensued and the ~nsensus of the Commission was that they feel a pemon should be on only one Commission at a time. Case ¢6 Review and Discua8 Update8 t0 Park and Recreation Element to Ramsey's Comprehensive Plan.
