Avenue N.W. <br />PiN: 06-32-25-22-0013 <br /> <br />Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Lewandowski: <br /> <br />This is a follow-up to my letter sent to you on June 16, 1989, and our conversations during the <br />week of June 19th. regarding the possible negotiated land purchase of a portion of your <br />property. <br /> <br />Since it has been difficult to arrange a time to meet and personally discuss the proposed <br />exchange of property; additional information is being provided to you which illustrates what the <br />City is suggesting as a part of a proposed vacation and acquisition format. See attached drawing. <br />As you will note the City is suggesting substantial vacation of City property, to your benefit for <br />a relatively small portion of your property for the extension of 180th. Avenue N. W. The <br />extension of the street is necessary to facilitate three (3) rural residential lots with a density <br />of approximately 2 1/2 acres per lot. <br /> <br />As indicated in the June 16, 1989, letter it is important that we meet as soon as possible to go <br />over this proposal with you.
