NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAB~SEY <br />AN O tr~ COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br /> <br /> Notice is hereby given that the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a <br />public hearing on Tuesday, May 2, 1989 at 7:30 p.m. at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 <br />Nowthen Blvd. NW, Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br /> The purpose of the hearing is to consider Mr. Robert Wojcik and Mr. Louis Wojcik's <br />request to amend the terms of the conditional use permit issued for a motor vehicle sales lot at 7205 <br />Highway #10 Northwest and expand the use onto an adjacent lot legally described as follows: <br /> <br />That part of Lot 7, Auditor's Subdivision Number 34, of Anoka County Minnesota described <br />as follows: Commencing at the Southeast corner of said Lot 7 a distance of 770 feet; thence <br />North and parallel with the East line of said Lot 7 and to the Northerly line of said Lot 7; <br />thence Southerly on said Northerly line a distance of 350 feet to the point of beginning of the <br />land to be described; thence South and parallel with the East line of said Lot 7 and to the <br />Southwesterly line of said Lot 7; thence Southeaster]y on said Southwesterly line a distance <br />of 180 feet; thence North and parallel with the East line of said Lot 7 and to the Northeasterly <br />line of said Lot 7; thence Northwesterly on said Northeasterly line and to the point of <br />be[:inning. <br /> <br /> All persons are invited to attend the hearing and comment on the conditional use permit <br />request. <br /> <br /> Written comments are welcome and sha]l be addressed to the Planning and Zoning <br />Commission, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. NV/, Ramsey, Minnesota 55303.
