POLIO.' <br /> <br />Upon proper application, the Cooperative shall furnish, install anf <br />maintain complete street lighting systems for municipalities and/ct <br />other governin9 bodies within the coe.oerative's service area or, if <br />desired, shall provide only electrical energy to customer (member)- <br />o~ned systems. Ener_cy will be ~nmetered and the ener~, rate shall be <br />based on a cost-of-service analysis and recomputed and established <br />concurrent with each chance in the ~merative's published electric <br />rates. The Cooperative shall maintain an accurate accounting of all <br />installations, relocations, and removals so that applicable char~es may <br />be calculated on a "current month" basis for each monthly bil!in9. <br /> <br />· A. Coouerative--~.med Lichtinc System <br /> <br />In street ~ '~ - <br /> __gn~_ng svstem~ o~ec by the Coore_rative,~ the <br />shall select from the CooDerative's standard desicns~ the t%noe_ of <br />system and stv!e of fixture appropriate for the particular <br />situation, and sbm!l indicate - ~ ~ m <br /> ~re=e~.e~ installation locations. <br /> <br />The monthly rate for a cooperative-o~ned lighting system shall have <br />two co~.-rponents, (1) ~n energf rate and (2) a facilities charge. <br />The facilities charge includes bosh the cost of o~ership of a <br />standard street lighting system and all associated repair and <br />- "~'t~nance costs. <br /> <br />If the Cooperative is subject to installation costs above and <br />beyond the costs for a standard installation, the customer will be <br />recuired to pay, in advance, an aPproPriate one-time charce as a <br />contribution in aid of construction. <br /> <br />B.
