ORDINA~N CE #89-04- CITY OF RA~ISEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE Gt' b~NNESOTA AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 170.03 WHICH IS KNOV,~N AS THE SUBDIVISION CHAPTER OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 170.039C BASIC IMPROVEMENTS INSTALLED BY DEVELOPER 2. STAGE I IMPROVEMENTS, i. STREET LIGHTS OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. The City Council of the City of Ramsey, Minnesota hereby ordains: SECTION 1. AJ~JSLP_I~L~ Section 170.039 C Basic Improvements Installed by a Developer, 2. Stage I Improvements, i. Street Lights is amended to read as follows: Street Lights: Street lights meeting City standards and specifications shall be /~ installed (by the Developer~ at all interior street intersec~': the_~ subdivision aA3~-/a-t street ~nterse~t~on~ bo--rder~n-~-~-~ ~ivision at points/~Y ~k ~esi~-~--a~y the City Engineer. ~ ~ In Municipal Urban Service Area (MUSA), street lights shall also be installed (by ~/ the Developer) at intervals of approximately 400 feet or as mutually agreed upon~ the Developer and City En~neer. Street lights shall be installed along existing streets within 90 days of the filing of the plat or within 90 days of the completion of the construction of the streets. If the streets are completed or the plat filed between November I and April 1, the 90 day time period for installation of the required street lights shall commence on the following April 1. SECTION 2. I~FFECTIVE DATE This ordinance becomes effective thirty (30) days after its publication subject to the City Charter Section 5.07.
