Banwm~ Community Development Director <br /> <br />The proposed addition has an area of approximately 19 acres and will consist of two rural <br />residential lots. The existing and proposed zoning is R-1R Rural Residential District. The <br />property is located in the North half of the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 9, <br />Township 32, Range 25, of Anoka County, Minnesota. The P.I.N. is 09-32-25-12-0002. For your <br />information, the following items are enclosed: <br /> <br />B. <br />C. <br />D. <br /> <br />Site location map <br />Proposed subdivision <br />City Engineer's review (August 29, 1989) <br />City Landscape Architect's review (September 6, 1989) <br /> <br />Observations: <br /> <br />On August 15, 1989, the City of Ramsey received an application and sketch plan from Daniel <br />Becket for Becker Rolling Pines Addition. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br /> Staff recommends sketch plan approval and direction to the subdivider to proceed to preliminary <br /> platting contingent upon meeting the items listed in the City Engineer's review dated August 29, <br /> 1989. <br />~-----' ~Staff recommends that cash should be used to satisfy the park dedication requirements. The <br /> amount of park dedication should be One Thousand Five Hundred Ninety-six dollars ($1,596.00). <br /> <br />Commission Action: <br /> <br />Motion to recommend approval/denial of the sketch plan for Becker Rolling Pines Addition and <br />directing the subdivider to proceed to preliminary platting. <br /> <br />Motion to recommend that cash be used to satisfy the park dedication requirement.
