Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case :g2: Discussion Regarding 153rd Avenue N.W. <br /> <br />Mayor Reimann requested that all councilmembers vi.sit the site of the proposed extension <br />of l'53rd Avenue N.W. between Cry. Rd. #5 and Crv: Rd. #56. <br /> <br />Case #3: Adopt Resolution Delegating Administrative Duties: <br /> <br />Mr. Hartley stated that he will be on vacation and recommended delegating Ms. Penny <br />Curtis the authority to sign documents requiring his signature during his absence. Mr. <br />Hartley recommended that Ms. Sandra Ashley be designated as Acting City Administrator <br />for operational purposes. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember DeLuca and seconded by Councilmember Cich to adopt <br />Resolution #89-07-159 authorizing Penny Curtis to execute documents on behalf of the <br />City Adn'finistrator and Sandra Ashley to represent the City as the Acting City <br />Administrator for the remainder of 1989. Further, that delegation of persons to execute <br />documents on behalf of the City Administrator and peform as Acting City Administrator <br />will be reviewed annually at the organizational meetings. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
